BFF Bonding Base Coat

This base coat is a sticky base coat for creating a great bond between the nail bed and the nail polish, making them just like BFFs.

Directions: Apply 1 coat to nail beds, allow to completely dry, for about 3-5 minutes, and then apply your nail polish.
