Charisma Queen is a bright purple nail polish with a blue-to-purple shifting shimmer, and purple holographic glitter.

Directions: Apply 2-3 coats. For best results we recommend using 1 coat of Glitter Gloss Top Coat and top with 1 coat of Clearly Celestial Top Coat or Flash Freeze Top Coat. Use your favorite base coat, or choose one of our many different base coats, to use under the polish.
