Drowned Abyss is a dark blue pearlescent polish with royal blue sparkly flakes.
Directions: Apply 2-3 coats. For best results we recommend using Clearly Celestial Top Coat or Flash Freeze Top Coat. To obtain the brightest, or purest color, we suggest using our White Blurring Base Coat, or one of our other blurring base coats, under the polish.
