Ew, feelings is a black to colorless thermal polish with black heart shaped glitter. *Please note that heart shaped glitter is very heavy and more prone to settle at the bottom, shake very well*
This can be worn alone, or as a topper.
Directions: Apply 2-3 coats. For best results we recommend using 1 coat of Glitter Gloss Top Coat then top with 1 coat of Clearly Celestial Top Coat or Flash Freeze Top Coat and use 1 coat of any our many base coats under the polish.
