Festival of Lights is part of a small batch duo for Hanukkah. It is a cream to gold sheer polish with a gold shimmer and yellow-to-gold shifting mini flakes.
Size: 15 ml
Directions: Apply 2-3 coats. For best results we recommend using 1 coat of Clearly Celestial Top Coat or Flash Freeze Top Coat. To obtain the brightest, or purest color, we suggest using our White Blurring Base Coat, or one of our other blurring base coats, under the polish.
