Forever True-Blue is a royal blue pearlescent nail polish with blue holographic glitter.
This is inspired by the blue aura. Blue aura represents truth, honesty, intuition, and communication.
Directions: Apply 2-3 coats. For best results we recommend using 1 coat of Glitter Gloss Top Coat and top with 1 coat of Clearly Celestial Top Coat or Flash Freeze Top Coat. To obtain the brightest, or purest color, we suggest using our White Blurring Base Coat, or one of our other blurring base coats, under the polish.
